25 Aussie pullups
15 OH triceps extension 20/30 or AHAP
10 BB skull crushers 45/65 or AHAP

Sub heavy band pull-downs for chinups.  These will need to be heavy.  Might have to double up on the bands.

Sub a band row for Aussies.  A single medium/heavy band should do.
