Last time we did this workout (March 19), many of you thought the JR set was too easy (we did 30 per min). Lets give this one a go with 50 and see if it is better. Please post your thoughts to comments.

Join us for the Turkey Day Mashup. Workout starts at 8am on Thanksgiving morning. It will run for an hour. We will do several different workouts over that hour.
