January 27-29 come join us for a weekend of fun and fitness. We plan to head up to the A frame in Woodland Hills around 5 pm Friday and will do an evening workout, have dinner, and play games TBA.

Saturday morning we will begin a GPP style 4-5 hour fitness relay that will involve some running and some strength training. (Nothing outside of what we do every day at the gym).  If there is enough snow, we will have full contact competitive sledding in the afternoon.  More games in the evening or we can head to the Kamas Rec Center to soak in the hot tub.  We plan to split the cost of meals and all pitch in for meal prep.  This will be an informal, but fun way to enjoy your fitness with friends, and your friends' fitness.  If you can make it for part of the weekend, please join us.  Please RSVP to Neil by Saturday, the 21st as space will be limited.
