rest 45-60 sec

5 super sets of:

8 OH triceps ext (strict) AHAP
20 bench dips
rest 45-60 sec

5 super sets of:

10 hanging leg raises
50 situps
rest 45-60

Minimize rest periods between supersets.  
Post weights used and strings of 20s (if different from the Rx) to comments.
