Congrats to everyone who competed this weekend! I had a great time (click HERE for details) and it was amazing to have so much support from the GPP family. And I highly believe that because of these workouts I was not even sore the next day and was able to storm the workouts today. GPP has pushed and made me realize what I really can do. Everyone is there to cheer each other on and be the best you can be. That is priceless and I am proud to be part of something so great!
