HELLth Week Highlights:

This year we are going to do some giveaways for those of you who are taking on the HELL Week challenge.  At the end of the week (Saturday) after the 6th workout we will draw names for 3 prizes. 

1st prize - Free month pass to GPP ($100 value)
2nd prize - 1 contaner of M'lis protein ($35 value)
3rd prize - HELLth week t-shirt ($20 value)

Names for prizes will be selected via list randomizer at random.org.  To qualify for prizes:

1. You MUST perform all 6 workouts. 
2. You must post that you completed the workout to the comments section of this blog for all days but Saturday.  On that day, you must sign in at the front desk to qualify for prizes. You may not post Tuesday's comments on Wednesday's workout. We will crosscheck that winners posted for each workout before awarding prizes.
3. Only 1 prize per person.
