If you are like most of us, you probably have put a little weight on over the last couple of weeks/months.  This is natural.  We believe that humans are genetically programmed to put on some weight in the late summer and throughout fall.  This doesn't make it OK to wear it around though.  Let's get it off.  Let's do this soon before the holidays are upon us and we gain even more.  5-10 lbs are AVERAGE during the 5 weeks of the holidays.

We propose a short and dirty CCC for the next 5 weeks.  It starts this coming Wednesday and ends the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (11/23).  We propose a $50 sign up fee, strict rules and a penalty (TBA) for not achieving your goal.  See, down and dirty.  Rules will be similar to all of our other highly successful CCCs we have done (state a goal, acheive a goal,  weekly weigh-ins, daily logging).  ONLY differences are the institution of 1 hour weekly meetings (Wednesday eves at 7:15).  4 of them.  You will not be allowed to miss ANY of them, or...PENALTY.  Penalty will be announced at the sign up meeting this Wednesday evening at 7:15.  

For more info just be at the meeting on Wednesday eve.  This challenge is for ANYONE.  You do not have to be a GPP member to be a part of it.  Hope to see you there!  Tell friends.  Having a partner suffering along with you makes you more successful.
