The GPP Fitness is a full body daily workout program. We program each workout for that specific day the night before with a deliberate effort for balanced fitness. By Friday you will have worked out every muscle group of your whole body, top to bottom, left to right, front to back.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we will hit you with a Push, Pull, Squat, Core, Cardio workout.
Tuesday is strength focused, with a rotation every week of a Push, Pull, Squat (legs), Core bias.
Thursdays are always a core/ab day. Your core deserves it’s own day. It’s necessary for overall strength.
