200 Aussie pullups
200 KB swings 25/35
200 press Jacks 15/20
200 box switches (15 inch box like this)

Homestyle (for those off-site with limited equipment) -

Sub Aussie pullups for heavy band rows
KB swings can be done with DBs. 
Stairs in your house are usually between 7-8 inches.
