Join us for our traditional Turkey Day workout!  Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24th @ 8am!  Bring friends its FREE for all!

As I write this, Lizz is only 1 lap away from completing her second IronMan!  That's a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run.  It is an amazing feat of endurance and courage.  I have had the pleasure of watching many, many people overcome pain, adversity and doubt all day long.  Let me tell you, the human spirit truly is triumphant.

We offer our congratulations to all who completed this event.  There were 4 members of in the GPP family who competed today.   All were finishers!  Special congratulations goes out to them.
