3 sets of 8 reps: front squats AHAP

3 sets of 5 reps: back squats AHAP

100 pushups (strict)

100 Aussie pullups

One of the biggest mistakes you can make after boiling or steaming your veggies is to let them sit there.  Doing so makes them mushy and gross.  The culprit?  Over cooking.  Remember, food continues to cook for several minutes after you take it out of the pan/steamer.  Instead, "flash cool" your veggies by rinsing in cold water directly after cooking.
