Up - Downs

For 5 min:

Run in place with high knees.
Complete 4 lunge switches (L,R,L,R) upon whistle (no less than 4x/min).  

Rest 1 min., then

For 5 min.

Perform as many situps as possible.
Complete 1 tuck jump upon whistle (no less than 4x/min).  

Rest 1 minute.  Repeat.

Happy anniversary GPP!  1 yr ago today GPP opened its doors at the the new location in Centerville.  

We are so blessed.  Thank you for allowing us to be part of your daily life. 

Today's workout is one of the workouts we did in our first week of business last year.  Back when we had nothing but that old red mat!  Fond memories!
