Workout Notes:

  1. Masters: 15,20,30,30,20,15 plus all of the runs.

  2. Sign up for OPEN GYM.

  3. Note the two 800s back to back.

  4. Squats are named for how they are weighted.

  5. No sloppy squats!

  6. Many of you should be doing the extras today.
