Workout Notes:

  1. We've done enough running this week, but not enough burpees. Hehe. Stand up all the way to finish off your burpee. No half-hunching your burpee jump.

  2. Do the pushups strict the entire time. If you run out of strict-ability, you may snake, but try your hardest to stay strict the whole 25 min.
