Workout Notes:

  1. Terrific form could possibly mean:  the best you can do.  Use a full range of motion (or what your fullest ROM is) on these movements. 

  2. Get those hips to tap the ground and get up as high as they'll go every time on those side-ups.

  3. Get a full extension from right to left on those tick tocks.  Put your opposite arm overhead to really get a good pull on those obliques. 

  4. Make sure you tap the ground with your DB and your feet every rep on those swipers.  

  5. Don't let your ab/core day go to waste.  Hence, terrific form.
