Workout Notes:
Watch your hands! Usually we get a few tears after 40-50 pullups.
Looking back, most did jumping pullups last time this came up. That's cool. If you need to jump them - go for it. However, if you have a few real pulls (kips) in you - go for it!
If you are going to break the workout up, be sure to break it into the 2 movements that are together.
Keep the movements as strict as possible, or strict-ish. What is strict-ish? That just means make as many of them strict as is possible. Once you run out of stricts, safely use some body. It's best though, if you only use as much "monkey motion" as is needed.
