Workout Notes:

  1. Haven’t done an OTC for a while! We like to start classes on time for trainer count workouts, so do what you can to be there at start time. If not, we will still accept you with open arms:)

  2. Don’t have a resistance band? Here’s an alt. you can try using a dumbbell.
